His noteworthy accomplishments include achieving PPM targets of 3.5 ppm, pioneering the introduction of the Safe Launch Plan, and spearheading efficiency initiatives such as CBS, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to elevate quality processes.

Her professional journey includes roles at Siemens Healthineers, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Roche Toastmasters, Roche, and her own initiative, “Ready for AI,” Indiana’s first Artificial Intelligence Meet-Up Group. Experienced working with different state and government contracts such as Department of education, Department of Revenue, Department of Treasury, IRS, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Furthermore, Urooj excelled in a range of multifaceted projects, from enhancing financial analysis of budgets and internal project codes to fostering collaborative planning sessions with stakeholders.
